By accessing, using, or engaging with any service offered by HILRS LLC (doing business as Globe LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal and state laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Services and Liabilities

Globe LLC offers freight and logistics services including Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), refrigerated shipping, ocean/rail/air freight, warehousing, packaging, last-mile delivery, and dispatch solutions.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure safe and timely delivery, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government orders, road closures, port congestion, war, or other uncontrollable third-party events.

Insurance Coverage

All shipments are covered by standard carrier liability in accordance with FMCSA and DOT guidelines. Clients may request additional insurance at time of booking.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on globellc.us is the intellectual property of HILRS LLC (d/b/a Globe LLC). Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. Compliance with U.S. Law

Globe LLC operates in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including FMCSA, DOT, CBP, TSA, and applicable UCC provisions. All engagements are governed under U.S. federal and Ohio state jurisdiction.

5. Claims & Disputes

Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery or scheduled delivery. We will investigate and aim to resolve verified claims within 15 business days. Unresolved disputes will be handled through arbitration as outlined herein.

6. Prohibited Activities

Customers shall not use our services for illegal goods, manipulate routing or tracking systems, impersonate Globe LLC personnel, or engage in harassment. Violations may result in suspension and legal action.

7. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Disclaimer

When utilizing third-party carriers or brokers, Globe LLC acts as a logistics facilitator. Liability is governed by the Bill of Lading issued at shipment initiation and any carrier-specific terms.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from HILRS LLC (d/b/a Globe LLC) related to appointment reminders, account notifications, order confirmations, delivery updates, and customer support messages.

HILRS LLC (d/b/a Globe LLC) is the content provider for SMS communications under this program and assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable carrier and legal requirements.
